Orders placed before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Method And Delivery Estimates

We currently offer standard shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Zivela is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details submitted by the customer.

Order Changes And Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
